VAT/Non VAT System Features

VAT or Non VAT is difference in costing, payment, withholding tax functions. VAT system, when you receive material from other VAT company. The material cost should not include VAT but if you are Non VAT system and receive material from VAT company, it should include VAT in material cost. System keep base amount, tax amount, total mount then when make a payment system can calculate withholding tax from base both VAT and Non VAT System.
