I didn't have to explain too much to him. he knew exactly what i was talking about and was able to do it quickly. finding someone experienced in phpbb who doesn't exaggerate the complexity on simple tasks is hard to come by. he is the man for the job.

Linking between phpBB and website

When I hire an external developer I do it because I don't have time to solve the problem myself. Surajddk solved our problem, but it required alot of steps from my side to install the deliverables on our server. I got the feeling that he wasn't very used to deliver a ready package. He was asking for our server credentials to install it for us, but I never give that out to external developers. A developer should be able to deliver a zip-file with all the files required to make everything work. He also required me to be online and chat me through the installation process, which I don't like. I am a busy man that have a good reason to hire someone solving a problem for me. He was very fast though to respond when I sent him questions.
