Developer partially completed the job and was paid $125 under the impression that the remaining work would be completed in a tiemly manner. Since January the developer has failed to complete the site and when he reached difficulty in developing a form for the site he reverted to payment for another project not related to CWS. Developer postd CWS's source code on his server and closed access of the soure code from CWS. Developer is an inompetent and irresponsible developer.”
