Need a one way anova done and explained -- 2

FIRSTLY, HE GAVE ME SOME QUOTE WHICH I READILY ACPETED. ASKED IF HE KNOWS WHAT THE WHOLE PROJECT IS ALL ABOUT AND HE SAID YES. THEN CAME BACK INFLATED PRICE FROM 25$ TO 150$ SAYING HE MISSED SOME PART. ALSO SAID THE WORK IS MUCH AND ASKED TO EXTEND TIME FROM 18 HOURS TO 2 TO 3 DAYS. I TOLD HIM I WAS WILLING TO TRY 36 HOURS AND INCREASE BUDGET A LITTLE (REMOVED BY FREELANCER.COM ADMIN) I THEN HIRED ANOTHER GUY WHICH FINISHED WORK HE SAID WILL TAKE DAYS IN 1 HOUR 48 MINS. THIS GUS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL, AND CANNOT EVEN KEEP TO HIS WORDS. I THINK HE OUTSOURCE AND JUSTS WANTS THE MONEY. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE HIM
