Application Narrative for a Federal Grant Proposal
The client was in need of a narrative and budget for a federal grant. I facilitated a meeting to discuss the purpose of the grant, program and community needs, develop a timeline, and assign research duties. We met again to discuss our research and formulate a strategy from which to form the proposal. After collecting the date, I met with staff from individual components to write specific portions of the grant. I gathered all the information and constructed the proposal narrative. We met a third time to review the narrative and create a budget. I took the final recommendations and created a final proposal which was reviewed once more by the client and approved. The proposal remains under review by the federal government.
