My current role encompasses the Engagement Lead position for – Business Program Management which is a Centre of Excellence team which supports Transition Management, Engagement Management, Financial Management, Budgeting projects like Billing, Invoicing, Tax Orientation setup, Technology and SLA reporting which involves rendering of the services to various Deloitte Offices located across the Globe.
Transition Management – Onboarding new client to Deloitte from former service provider, planning and preparation of contracts and legal documents, preparation of engagement letters. Kick off calls and global transition meeting with member firms. Discussing scope of services and steps for transition of files from former services provider to Deloitte. Process mapping, communications management, consent management and document transfer. Providing technology training to member firms and knowledge transfer and go live with the Tax orientations.
The BPM – Business Program Management team currently supports several Deloitte Offices located across the Globe (Including U.S.) which involves variety of client engagements and services. The detailed scope of services provided by the CMG team varies widely across the Deloitte Offices and its engagements as a result of individual office / engagement team needs.
