The client provided us a list of prospect customers and our telemarketers had to call them to advertise the products and generate sales. Our Delivery department was responsible for processing these sales online on the client’s website and correspond with the customers until delivery. RICOM added 2 more clients for the same activity during its initial year of operations. The clients “N Squared Creations Ltd” ([login to view URL]) and “SMH Marketing” ([login to view URL]) had successfully run the telemarketing campaign throughout the United Kingdom. Having served the retail market in the United Kingdom for over an year, RICOM made its first step into the US retail market in October 2007, by adding the retail Store of Cartridge World (Fremont) ([login to view URL] its Client. Cartridge world operates on a franchise model and the store . RICOM identified an appropriate process to increase the sales and also the degree of customer satisfaction. In very short span of 2 months RICOM was successfully operating for one store and further geared up to add another store in Florida which they did successfully in January 2008.
