In short, sparkz did not meet his promised commitments. Often his team would show up late for work, not at all or when they did show up for work he was grossly understaffed (e.g. he did not provide the resources he committed to providing). He had once excuse after another for his shortcomings. His excuses included, "my ISP was down", "My GAF account has been hacked", etc... On some occasions he would not even return my IMs when he was online. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Myspace Captcha • $30 USD

The provider failed to report on his work progress, plus he did not add the required number of myspace friends that he was required to add one day after the contract was awarded to him. Furthermore, he started wavering, on the amount of work he can handle. I couldn't deal with his inconsistency, that's why I had to terminate him.
