I have been working as an IT project manager for the last 7 years, managing projects that range from food delivery to networking apps and from simple company websites to business platforms. I have worked both with in-place teams and freelancers and have been involved in many stages of a project: initiating and planning (creating wireframes and defining the scope of the project, estimating the effort needed alongside the team, planning the tasks), execution (overseeing the execution steps and making sure the project stays within the approved time and budget) and testing.
