Basically, the company hires cars from individual under signed contracts with a duration of not less than six months. The company then hires out the same vehicles at a profit. The company has 2 types of customers, postpaid and prepaid customers. Postpaid customers are normal customers for car rental and taxi services. Postpaid customers, are mostly other corporates. They pay for fleet mission services at the end of the month. The local company must prepare an invoice for each postpaid customer. The invoice contains the list of all the fleets during that moth, the dates, delivery motes and the amount charged.In addition to this the local company must prepare a payment voucher with all of the individuals who have hired in the vehicles to them. This payment vouchers have details like, the name, the number of cars who have active contracts, amount for all cars and total.
