I'm new here, willing to take a shot at this. If someone need a web page based upon joomla, and some fresh new design created by artisteer, contact me, tell me what you want and we'll see if it can be done. That's it. I'm not a programer, miracle man or so... just a guy who does similar thing for living and willing to share that with others if needed. Forgive my bad English!
