Rendering for New Location.
Genius Car Rental is opening up a new location. The 1st photo shows the property as is. The company need a rendering of the property to show an example of what they want it to look like once the construction is completed. This was a big project for me and a fun one, because I get to recreate an area from scratch by forming shapes and textures to them. As you can see there is a car blocking the left btm of the road. With photoshop I designed the rest of the side walk with a tool, to make it seem like a car was never there. I also mades shapes of the buildings to open up the space; as well as, added a cement floor, lights, windows, a tinted glass door, a fence (that they requested) and VW Jetta. My client was overwhelmed with the results.
