In addition we manage a chain of schools for Information Technology studies and an educational academy for foreign degrees.\n\nI performed in the capacity of \"Group HR & Administration Manager\". The Scholarship Project was a concept of mine. I proposed my concept to company chairman and managed the entire project with other stake holders.\n\nSchool leavers who have passed (G.C.E. Advanced level) exam were selected by holding a written & practical test. Every year we absorb 50 scholars, who score highest marks on the test. They sign a bond agreeing to serve to company for not less than three years, while learning. This project is mutually beneficial to company as well as to scholars.
