I have a solid 7 years+ experience in the design industry. I’ve created/directed everything from full-scale websites to print brochures, rich media banner ads to video trailers/spots, html email blasts to microsites, landing pages, annual reports, logo design, 2D/3D animation, desktop Adobe AIR applications, webinars, DVD authoring, you name it. I have agency experience as well as working inside an in-house department. I assembled and managed a talented team of 12 coders, designers, marketing coordinators, video editors and multimedia designers. I gave overall creative vision on work created for fortune 500 clients as well as producing in-house branding and marketing initiatives. When creating this team in such a short period of time, we experienced some growing pains in structure and organization. We were always turning out amazing work, but we needed to implement a more fluid workflow process. I worked with other executives in the company to lay down some groundwork for content management, personnel hierarchy and project priority. I have my Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from Rutgers University and my Master’s in Motion Graphics from New York Institute of Technology.
