Project 3 for Rui Only

Shenchilang did an excellent job and I will hire him again for more projects. Unfortunately for this project the API that we had to work with was never completed by the broker and caused the project to be closed early (and before completion.) Of course, milestone payments were paid for the amount of work done, even though the project was never completed and implemented.
