I'm a Sydney-based journalist, video producer and website expert who has spent the past eight years working in TV and digital production on platforms covering food, travel and culture. I co-developed the documentary series This is Brazil! for SBS Television Australia and co-authored a cookbook of the same name for Hardie Grant Books, going on to work on several popular food and travel programs for SBS. I was the founding editor of the SBS Food website, where I specialised in producing multimedia content that used food as a vehicle to explore different cultures. During this time, I developed and commissioned a number of successful web series, Harvest - the social media documentary that won the Best Short Factual award at the 2013 West Australian Screen Awards.
