• Was a part of setting up the designer abaya division of the company. • Managed a team of six people including Pattern makers, Embroiders and Tailors. • Handled purchasing for raw materials and worked closely with the designer to produce first collection samples. • Managed finance for purchasing and petty cash for workers remuneration. • Assisted in the hiring process. • Managed design and production of diamonds on Balqees abayas.
