I see myself as a renaissance gal moving back and forth between the creatives of the world and the cynics. I am perfectly happy with either of their company, but I try not to get too wrapped up in their pettiness. Instead I try to remain centered and focused on what needs to be done. I have worked mostly in the movie studio business, so it was very sheltered in some ways. But, at the same time, there was a lot of teamwork to get projects done by deadline. This entailed taking on portions of other people's work load, and basically, doing whatever needed to get done. No job was too big or too small for anyone on the team and we all dug in and got our hands dirty. This provided me with endless opportunities for cross-training and enhanced my skills greatly.
