Patient Management System is developed for FATMA HOSPITAL DENTISTRY DEPARTMENT. It can keep the records of the patients of this hospital by maintaining their Name, Age, Sex, Contact#, Address, Treatment, Medical History, Dental History, Chief Complaint, Total Amount, Paid Amount, Balance and Disease types such as Caulaic, Hepatitis, Allergies … \n\nYou can easily enter all the above said particulars for a patient and can change them later at any time without loosing the previously entered data. You can also search a patient by just clicking one button. There is also an option for deleting all the particulars of a patient. You cal also count the total number of patients in hospital and view them one by one alphabetically. Moreover you can reliably maintain the balance/payments of a patient.\n
