I am just working as a per timer. Able to prepare & interpret financial statements according to Company Law & other Corporate Laws, Guideline of International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) /International Accounting Standard (IAS), Notes to the Accounts, Variance analysis & interpretation which is required for the Management as well as for the Stakeholders. Familiar with different laws and regulations for instance, Companies Act 1994, Bank Companies Act 1991, Financial Institutions Act 1993, Insurance Act 2010, Partnership Act 1932, Contract Act 1872, Negotiable Instruments Act 1881 etc.
