El programa inició con 45 estudiantes de grado 11 de las instituciones educativas distritales. 45 estudiantes de grado 11de las instituciones educativas distritales que hacen parte del programa Contact Barranquilla liderado por la administración distrital y operado por la Fundación Aliarse, para que sean capacitados y formados en el idioma inglés y reciban su grado como bachilleres bilingües, iniciaron sus prácticas laborales como agentes call center.
