I’m a Mechanical Engineer with a P.E. (Professional Engineering License) and B.S.M.E. (Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering). My areas of engineering and design expertise are theme park attractions, piping systems, automated machinery, heavy machinery, material handling systems, hoists, cranes, and project management.
I’m proficient with Solidworks, Inventor and AutoCAD. My project background consists of a variety of custom equipment, parts, build-to-print, and prototypes. I produce all 3D models of parts, assemblies, and drawings, BOM’s and am experienced with FEA analysis. I do reverse engineering on parts and assemblies. I write and perform FAT tests. I’m experienced at first article parts and inspection requirements. I enjoy working in a manufacturing environment and am an expert on manufacturing and machining processes. I follow my projects from concept through fabrication, assembly, testing, delivery, installation, and troubleshooting machinery malfunctioning situations. In addition, I have extensive experience with bid specifications and technical manuals. I have excellent communication skills and I work directly with co-workers, manufacturing, field crews, clients, and vendors during each project.
