About Me
I have 12 years of technical and managerial experience. During my industry experience I have been working on existing large applications as well as building applications from scratch going through all SDLC phases. My roles have been a mix of development and management. I am very good into learning new technologies and frameworks, setting a technical infrastructure for my team to continue from there and grooming an efficient, disciplined and productive team with good communication skills. Experience brings a lot of diversity in your skills, so one should be open to embrace work in multiple domains and new technologies. You remain sharpened technically and professionally.
