Our Team of the company had a very ambitious and visionary plan to have an ERP solution for sugar factory management. We was chosen to metamorphose this vision into reality. The total working process in any sugar factory is very different then any other industry as production activity is seasonal in nature and a large number of temporary workforce also participate in production process. This has a bearing on their accounting practices also. Our team did a detailed study of total production process of the sugar factory. Their accounting practices and inventory management practices were also studied.
