I have worked as a Payroll Administrator, Customer Service /Sales Rep, Assistant General Manager and as a Accounting Clerk. What I have discovered is that all these jobs that I have performed are all customer oriented. In the working world we deal with people and the manor in which one communicate whether orally or written by drafting an email can make or break a business. I have been very fortunate to have learned this early in life and to this day this skill has never failed me. With tact and grit I was able rise successfully in every customer related problems and the main reason for that I that I always placed my self in the customers position and then handle the problem from that angle. I am a quick thinker and I always give my best. Making a customer's days a littler brighter or happier is always my aim. The little we do or say can have a huge impact on others
