Journal Header
Here are a couple of pieces I did for my own journal over at Deviant Art. The Ninja girl was designed with the intent of using her sword as a shelf of sorts for text. The 3 characters on the other image are an example of a simplified, Japanese "chibi" style I enjoy using from time to time. The character sitting at the table is a caricature of me.
About Me
Hi! My name is Ray, and I am a digital artist. I've been creating illustrations for the better part of my life, and I enjoy finding interesting ways to apply my artistic skills to various projects. My specialty is character design, though I feel confident in my ability to create any sort of illustration, be it a landscape, a website header, logo design, or various elements/assets to include in the design work of others. I am always looking to extend my abilities, and I enjoy taking on new challenges. I am self motivated and enjoy my work, and I am very good with deadlines. I am honest and up front about my abilities, and I proudly take ownership of my tasks. I am easy to work with and I have never had a problem communicating my point, or comprehending a project's goal. If you have a project that needs some creative touches, just send me a note, and I'll be glad to help!
