I have been doing MGP gallery submission for 5 years. Currently, I am a Marketing/Affiliate Manager of one Gay Affiliate Program. As for submission, I do submit movie galleries every day without fail. I use a submission software called Advanced Submitter. I have around 102 great sites in my database where I submit to. I do cropping, picking of videos and thumbs, and descriptions for the gallery that I will submit. As for being my Marketing Manager, since I work for a gay affiliate program that sells subscription, I try to find the right key words for our sites so it ranks number one thus giving us more sales. I also study the trends - coming from a source, of how visitors reacts when they visit the sites. As for being an Affiliate Manager, I recruit webmaster affiliates by posting to boards, forums by placing banners of our affiliate programs. I also help affiliates, provide them with available tools so they can start their promotion. Sometimes doing some customized tools. Of course, this I delegate with our designers and video guys. But the main thing is, I am always there to help the affiliates. I know I have the right knowledge and I want to help your company reach its goal. If you give me your trust and the right compensation.
