Chrysalis is a young place. Vibrant and colourful in its approach, and youthful in its constitution. We are experienced yet exuberant. Our teamof designers is made up of an interesting mix of young people who have fire in the belly and an urge to make a creative difference to the way content-led communication is practiced. Riti Malik, Creative Director, Chrysalis, has spent over nine years in defining new paradigms in corporate communication. She has designed over two hundred annual reports and other communication products for a diverse set of clients that include Idea Cellular, Ballarpur Industries, Balaji Telefilms, LNM Holdings (now Arcelor Mittal), Gitanjali Gems, Provogue, ONIDA among others. Her immense experience not withstanding, Riti approaches every new assignment with childlike enthusiasm, in her quest to discover the vast universe of visual possibilities that remain unexplored. Before founding her own studio three years ago, Riti was heading the design cell at one of India’s leading agencies, where she worked with forsix years. Today, Riti divides her time between researching colour palettes and typography, meeting clients and creating visual communication disciplines for them, travelling and pottery. And yes, all at chrysalis love butterflies!
