• Designing and developing employee pay slip through transaction HRFORMS using the adobe interactive forms • Developing HCM forms and processes workflows for various levels of approvals and updating of the database using the standard tasks. • Troubleshooting of workflows for various modules of HR. • Worked on dynamic adobe PDF forms – worked on different forms to modify colours of various table cells and inserting page breaks depending on different conditions using formcalc and java script languages. • Worked extensively on enhancement of Standard web dynpros for modifying the functionalities for EREC module. • Developed custom web dynpro for updating a custom infotype through portal. • Worked in SAP HR payroll module on ESS / MSS configurations, settings and adobe interactive form generation. • Worked on transaction PE51 to generate the payslip, designed the smartform to get the output of payslip along with company logo and configured the same in PTARQ so as to enable the payslip generation in ESS. • Worked on user exits for time management absence leave quota and written the logics according to the business requirement. • Worked on user exits for time management for to identifying 2nd and last Saturday of the month and change it from working day to off day. • Developed a custom infotype for capturing time management data for capture reason and other fields for leave as infotype 2001 cannot capture the same. • Worked on SAP GUIXT to modify various transactions. Responsibilities included: o Adding buttons of various sizes on various SAP transactions and calling different programs or running different scripts on the click of those buttons using SAP GUIXT tool. o Adding images at various places in various transactions and calling different programs or running different scripts on the click of those images using SAP GUIXT tool. • Worked on LSMWs to upload the data in the transaction BP. • Used the BADI WF_BWP_SELECT_FILTER in order to filter the items in a user’s SAP mailbox as per the requirements – showing or hiding particular task items depending on conditions. • Written programs to display data from a separate oracle server into the SAP system by creating DBCON connections in Tcode DBCO • Worked with SPDD transactions to modify or keep changes of various dictionary objects - data elements and domains which deviated during upgrade from 4.6c to ECC. • Worked with SPAU transaction to modify or keep changes in various objects like standard programs, function modules, messages, classes etc. • Developed smartforms for various HR processes like joining, separation and transfer etc. Made specific T codes for these HR processes and clubbed these various forms into those respective t codes. • The user can take a printout of these forms as well as generate a PDF output of the same form and store the smart form on their local systems using the function module 'convert_otf'. • Created various custom infotypes like additional personal details, court cases and disciplinary proceedings and used various graphical entries like check boxes and radio buttons. • Developed custom infotypes with table control so that user can store many entries in the infotype. • Created infotypes, which can store huge amount of data in a single field of a cluster table. The infotype was designed with buttons. When the user presses the button, it opens a sub screen using the function module 'TXW_TEXTNOTE_EDIT'. User can enter up to 2000 characters in this field, which eventually gets stored in a cluster table like pcl3. This was done since the custom infotypes have a limitation of storing maximum of around 1500 characters - all fields taken together. When the user presses the same button in Infotype's display mode of the infotype, it pulls the same record in the pop up box in display mode. • Applied various checks in infotypes like graying out any input fields on changing of a check box or choosing a particular LOV. • Enhanced various infotypes as per clients requirement - put additional fields in infotype 0040 - Company Property and 0016 - Contract Elements. • Applied various checks in infotypes like graying out any input fields on changing of a check box or choosing a particular LOV.
