Activities
- New processes and informatics system implementation in within the Renault company
- Standardization: creation of standard documents and assurance that they are respected (working procedures, process fiche operation, etc.)
- Process evaluations: internal evaluations made to find and correct the internal process and informatics gaps which can lead to money losses
- Creation of new processes or adapting them to the context of the project
- Project management (project planning, risk analysis, assuring that the milestones are passed with respect to the deadlines, budged management for my team, etc.)
- Connection with the customs in order to define regulations for truck / train passage
- Reporting to superior managers within the company

o (2010 - 2012) Responsible to implement the company's transport processes and IS standards in the new plant that is bought in Russia (Togliatti - AVTOVAZ)

o (2011 - 2012) Taking the responsibility of implementing the company's transport processes and IS standards in the new plant that is in construction in Morocco (Tanger)

o (2012) Contact person concerning the implementing of transport processes and IS for the project between Renault and General Motors

Activities:
- Implementing of processes and informatics systems
- Creation of standard documents and assurance that are respected (working procedures, etc.)
- Process evaluations made to find and correct the internal process and informatics gaps which can lead to money losses
- Optimization of existing processes in the warehouses
- Informatics System evolutions: finding the optimal solutions with respect to the budget and writing the technical specifications
- Testing the new evolutions before putting them in the operational system: creating the plan of tests, listing the tests, working with the informatics team to solve the bugs.
- Writing the technical specifications for the implementation of new IS and processes
- Training other people on my area of expertise

Major Projects:
o (2007) Implicit Reception - Implementing an upgrade to the parts receiving process at DACIA (Pitesti - Romania) and OYAK - RENAULT (Bursa - Turkey)
Position in the project: team member
o (2008) CINDI - assistance for the plants DACIA and OYAK at start-up of the project in what concerns transportation and the receipt of packages in the plant. The project represented a huge reengineering from the process and IS point a view.

o (2008 - 2009) Stamping Informatics System (SIPe) - Deploying this new production and stock managing system at DACIA Automobiles (Romania)

o (2009) Stamping Informatics System (SIPe) - preparing the implementing of the system for CVP (Brazil)

o (2009) Stamping Informatics System (SIPe) - preparing the deployment of the system for Tanger (Marocco)
