This is a desktop software application that I built, where all of the graphics and code are located on the customer's desktop, but all of the data is stored on my centralized servers in Richmond, New Zealand. The data can be accessed from any location, via the internet. This program provides scheduling, invoicing and child care management services and the design is based on user requests. It also provides automated e-mail to families, and report output to Excel or PDF.

Support is provided by telephone as well as desktop sharing via Teamviewer.

The program has been in use in New Zealand for 7 years.

This application was requested by Chromalloy, a U.S. company, providing world-wide jet engine repair services.

It accumulates the sales data from over 30 Chromalloy repair facilities around the world and merges it into an SQL database. The data is then analyzed and packaged into about 20 Excel reports, including monthly sales, YTD sales, monthly budget, YTD budget, variances, Unit Sales, Account Manager sales, sales totals by industry, by region and by class.
