Chief Architect for the project, design, layouts, details and coordination for Technical Project online with Strabag AG Wien. The shape of the building was optimized for the strange land shape and took into consideration the subway line in the vicinity also. Together with the engineering team I found a solution for the structure to meet the clients needs for space and height and not go over the budget and also the maximum height allowed in the area by regulations
