Forest Cube Residence
The client wanted an intelligent house with underground pool and fitness and enough bedrooms to fit the whole family. I did all the concept, layouts, permits and coordinated the building. Being situated in a forest near the capital city of Romania, it was a challenge not to cut trees and to use the small area of 200 sqm out of the 4.000 sqm of the land as maximum occupation area. The solution was splitting the house in two and going two levels underground. Had also to make an English court to allow light at the pool.
