Breaza House
The client wanted a house in a mountain area that would fit the surroundings and fit his family needs. Concept, layouts, permits and site work. The land was a challenge for it has a rather weak soil for buildings and the area is recognized for landslides (we used a special foundation and water drainage system to keep the house in place and safe). The design came as a response to the client's wishes and was done using natural stone from the area and half-cut lodges for the upper area of the house. The roof is a closing piece that follows the natural medium of the area with lots of rains and snow in the winter.
