Legal Memorandum
This is a Legal Memo which was made in order to answer client's query regarding a comparison between two US state law for forming an LLC. Client wanted to know which state would be better in order to form an LLC keeping in mind the benefits associated with it. In order to answer the client's query I had some legal research on Google.com as well as LexiNexis.com and prepared this Legal Memorandum.
