Hi, I am a flash actionscript 2.0 and 3.0 programmer by profession. To begin, I am more than 5 years old in this field of e-learning. During this period I have been employed in various national and multinational companies in various roles and capacities. Currently, I am looking to take up projects as a freelancer. 1. I have been involved in creating the architecture, template design amongst other programming activities for multiple Computer Based Trainings(CBT) and Web Based Trainings (WBT). 2. I have created various CBTs and WBTs containing different question types, such as, single choice, multiple choice, drag and drop, matching, etc for assessments. 3. I have gained valuable experience by working on various Learning Management Systems (LMS) which would include SumTotal, SkillPort to name a few . On these LMSs I have developed good number of SCORM compliant courses. I have a good understanding about the concepts of e-Learning standards like SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 which has helped me in creating the various courses for these LMSs. 4. I have also developed various widgets using Flash for NBC. 5. In addition, I have experience in making games on Flash.
