Keyfinder - Android BLE Keyfind App
Our client wanted to develop an android app to track personal belongings like keys and bags. And also wanted an external button for the mobile. We developed the concept similar to Beacons with BLE embedded in them. We designed the app that would stay connected with the small beacons containing the BLE chips. These beacons can be easily attached to the things like keys, wallet, laptop bag. When the things (with beacon) goes out of the range it gets disconnected and the mobile plays an alarm sound. It also has the capability to use other mobiles to track the lost items. The beacon is also interactive. it has got a button on it that we can customize to perform user chosen actions on the mobile. Our client decided to partner with us and convert this small idea into a product. They were extremely impressed by our work.
