As current work requires lots of human effort in order to search the property, an approach towards automation is being made to reduce human efforts by preventing them to look for any property in particular area and city. It maintains the overall details of property and its owner.\nThe constraints included avoid the human efforts and time. The issue of brokerage charge is one of the main problem and we are trying to resolve that problem by this application so that there is no brokerage charge is taken by the his/her.\nThis system provides facility for searching the property by sitting at home without roaming here and there. Focus on optimization of resources i.e. Flats, bungalows and row houses etc. and also provide a facility for everyone to view all the properties.
