Paranormal Paranoia
This short story was given as an assignment in a previous creative writing course taught by Dr. Blair. Dr. Blair and peers liked the technical aspect and the details the story had but reviews suggested that the concept of my story has been done before. As I was aware of this, I was trying to approach it in a different angle. Dr. Blair thought it was good as well. He only suggested to not make some of the characters seem interchangeable and to expand a little more throughout the story. He also saw the story more as a beginning of a novel rather than a short story. "Paranormal Paranoia" is about a man named Adam who is paranoid about conspiracies he strongly believes is happening in the world. With one of these conspiracies being about extra-terrestrials, the President's cabinet is more than skeptical about his mental state.The story is mainly a debate between him and the cabinet while the reader determines if his story is just the rants of a paranoid person or if his claims
