Centralized Data Repository for Semiconductor Fabs A WCF server-client application suite for semiconductor fabrication plants with several manufacturing equipment. Such plants contain highly confidential manufacturing recipe data, measurements, metrology and other analysis data. Primary goals of the application are a centralized repository of manufactures data and proliferation of the same to other tools or simulation laptops/PCs in the plant for reusability. Data stored in the repository is protected and is distributed via predefined distribution lists. The application has a centralized authorization service called ‘Common Security’ which handles security of various other services involved.
