Hi, I grew up in the publishing industry (14 years) and loved every process/ corners/ nuances in roles of a Technical writer-senior copy editor-developmental editor-editor. The best part was reading... reading... reading. Another aspect was the interaction with authors and a glimpse into their perspective.
