Andrew Hunter is a Lean Business Practitioner with over 23 years of business experience in both a project environment and internal business operations. He obtained his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt through the Tyco Operational Excellence Program while with Tyco International. Coupled with his Certified Management Accounting designation, Andrew is passionate about helping organizations improve business performance and meet the needs and expectations of the customer. Andrew has a broad depth of experience in Project Controls in several industry sectors. Companies such as General Dynamics, the Irving Group and Tyco International make up a large part of his career portfolio. Now as a Lean Consultant and Coach, Andrew enjoys helping companies achieve new levels of performance and break through the barriers that limit company growth.
