It is a web application which is used for bug management. Where the application provides a interface for end users to report the bugs in the application directly to the development team. Where the bug raised will be communicated through automated mail system integrated in the application. And the status of the bugs can be maintained in the application for future reference. It also consists of support ticket which provides a functionality of online chatting between the end user and the development team. Where the user management and access roles are been maintained by admin. And also consists of reporting system to generate reports based on timely, project & Developer prospectus
