This includes patch management for Microsoft environments, server infrastructure, and related patching requirements. • Managing the XEN SERVER environment by XenCenter Server 2008, 2012. • Centralized Monitoring the XEN server using XenCenter client. • Taking Xen Snapshot backup`s by Centralized backup server on monthly basis. • Good experience to handling Data Backup Local and sales roaming users. • Physical Observation of infrastructure, environment, servers, network devices once in a shift. • Commission & decommission the Server, Network & Storage devices in racks, cable patching, cable tracing in patch panel & cable Management, connecting different kinds of cables, connecting console to check the system as per the customer needs. • Maintaining daily server physical status, performance status and backup status. Data backup Operator • Good experience to handling Data Backup on servers and NAS/RAID Also Mac book backup and data restore process. • Installation and management of new servers & repair and restructure current servers as needed. • Preparing reporting monthly server status. •
