I completed my degree in French at Leicester University in 2004, graduating with First Class Honours. I have also lived and worked in France, teaching English to French national students. I currently run my own business, Emerald French Services, providing tuition, translation, proofreading and copywriting. As a translator I am a French-language expert with a proven track record. I am thorough and accurate and obtained a First in translation during my degree. I am comfortable with both business and personal French, having used both in running my own enterprise. I also work as a proofreader of both French and English text. The motto for me in this field is "let me spot your mistakes before someone else does". Not only do I proofread your text, I will also provide a list of changes I have made so you can learn for next time. Copywriting is not my business, but my passion. As deputy editor of Scrumbag, a Shiny Media weblog, I learnt to write for a mass market. My specialities are football, rugby union and politics. I run my own current affairs blog at present and can construct intelligent, well-thought out articles for whatever you need. I am fast and reliable, and I hope to hear from you soon!
