The key strengths that I possess for success in this position include: o Reviewing architectural and all engineering designs to ensure that they conform to the client brief and fits within the budget as previously established or voted o Reviewing architectural and all engineering designs to ensure that they incorporate advances in technology and are current with the Clients expectations o Reviewing the cost estimates to ensure that all the items as designed are captured and that no commissions, omissions or additions are contained therein o Reviewing the Bills of Quantities to ensure that they reflect the designs and that the quantities are correct, unambiguous and in accordance with the standard method of measurement. With both National and Higher National Diploma in Building Construction, I have a full understanding of the full life cycle construction project and PC skill in Microsoft office, excel, and Arch card, Atlantis and word packages.
