Custom Windows application designed for Watchmakers to keep track of their watchmaking services.\nDatabase is designed in MS SQL\nThe application can work as a Client/Server both in a network or via the internet.\n\nProcesses included:\n\nCustomer Information records.\n-Add/Edit/Delete.\n-Find Customers with search criteria.\n\nWatch spare parts records.\n-Add/Edit/Delete.\n-Find spare parts with search criteria.\n-Keep track of current spare parts stock and notify with mail and color when some parts need to be re-stocked.\n\nCustomer Service Query.\n-Add/Edit/Delete\n-Make a proposal of the cost of the service.(Inform customer with mail or phone)\n-Keep track of the actual services and parts used on the customer\'s watch.\n-Update stock of parts.\n-Print relevant forms for the customer.\n\nand many other custom processes.\n\nForms translated in Greek Language (Greek company)\n
