I do the majority of the research, document assembly, all secretarial duties including but not limited to answering phone, typing of letters, file organization and scheduling. In addition to meeting with clients to gather information when the Attorney is not available. I also do all of the data input for our bankruptcy cases. I also use a dictation machine with one of the attorneys. The office where I work does family, real estate, probate, bankruptcy and some business law.
