I was called to urgently support the configuration of HP ProCurve switches and a HP Wireless network for deployment at their clients new site, the previous engineer had fallen ill and was unable to complete the work, I was able to get to their site in Runcorn within 24 hours and begin configuring the equipment, this was then shipped to site in London where I completed the configuration of the wireless network.
