The most effective way of working is to have good communication and to this end I feel that it very important to have clarity and focus for every task, in order to produce work that is is executed efficiently and strives for excellence. I have a vast experience of working through all age groups and abilities within the education system. I have also done freelance work as a researcher gaining project work from local government and staff assessments for the health service. I believe that successful writing lies in the detail. Attention to detail starts with the remit for the project and both sides need to be very clear on their ideas of the outcome and to who is the target audience/s. Difficulties that may appear should be acknowledged at early stages in order to find another method that may be more appropriate e.g. when producing graphs or diagrams to support the content of a document. Qualitative rather than Quantitative.
